Today my maternal grandparents celebrated 62 years of wedded bliss. Nope, I didn't mistype-- they got married 62 years ago today!
Grandma and Grandpa are truly a special breed of people-- I mean really, how many of us know a couple who have weathered 62 years together? And Grandpa told Hubby a few years back that "he still likes his bride pretty good." Too cute!
I know you guys don't have a computer, and don't know what a blog is, but Grandma and Grandpa-- I love you! Thanks for setting a wonderful example of what God intended marriage to be! I hope I'm in your shoes 58 1/2 years, celebrating truckloads of happy memories with my hubby!
