In all seriousness though, the emotional side of our brains longs for that connection to someone else... that's what we celebrate today. LOVE. And feeling loved in return.
I have never bought it when people say they aren't into Valentine's Day. Everyone wants to feel cherished and special. I don't want my husband to spend $50+ dollars on flowers either-- I just like it when he shows me how much he cares for me.
